Viva Biotech Shines at the 19th Annual Drug Discovery Chemistry in San Diego with a Successful Appreciation Reception

[Abstract]:  Viva Biotech was pleased to participate in the 19th Annual Drug Discovery Chemistry in San Diego and successfully hosted the Viva Biotech Annual Appreciation Reception for our Western US partners and clients.

Viva Biotech was pleased to take part in the 19th Annual Drug Discovery Chemistry event held in San Diego from April 1st to 4th, 2024. Alongside the conference, we successfully hosted the Viva Biotech Annual Appreciation Reception for our Western United States partners and clients on April 2nd, drawing nearly 100 industrial experts, scientists, partners, and investors.

 

During the conference, Viva Biotech showcased its extensive experience and professional insights in the field of new drug discovery including its one-stop comprehensive service capabilities that cover the entire process of biological and chemical services, as well as multiple cutting-edge technology platforms. This display was not just about presenting services, but highlighting our commitment to advancing drug discovery through collaboration. In this meeting, Viva Biotech presented its latest advancements across several technology platforms, including XDC technologies, the V-DEL technology platform, the Peptide drug development platform, and platforms for antibody and large molecular drug R&D. These technologies illustrate the Viva Biotech’s pursuit of innovation to supporting the development of novel therapeutics and new drug discovery.

 

Booth visitors showed great interest in our V-DEL technology and chemical services. Our commercial team engaged in-depth discussions with booth visitors, exchanged ideas about Viva Biotech's chemical services and DEL technology. Meanwhile, they explored the possibilities for collaboration on how our integrated services can be combined to enhance efficiency and output.

 

                  

 

Chemistry Services

Our chemistry services are standalone or fully integrated with our discovery biology services and supported by a state-of-the-art computer-aided drug design platform. This includes classic small molecules, asymmetric synthesis and/or chiral separations, PROTAC platform, ADC payload and linkers, peptide synthesis, isotope modification, catalyst screening technology, photo reaction and flow chemistry, eletrcosynthetic chemistry, etc.

 

V-DEL Platform

The V-DEL platform, led by our seasoned DEL experts, offerings are meticulously designed to support our clients' discovery journeys, and offers a comprehensive suite of services.

 

 

 

During the reception, Dr. Han Dai, the Chief Innovation Officer of Viva Biotech, opened the reception with a welcoming speech. He expressed our gratitude to our long-standing partners and clients and warmly welcomed new attendees. He emphasized our enhanced capabilities in R&D and manufacturing services aimed at delivering diverse and high-quality solutions to startups and pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Following this, Dr. Bing Xia, Vice President and Head of Early Discovery Platforms, highlighted the application of V-DEL technologies, leading discussions on their practical uses in drug discovery, which sparked engaging dialogues with participants.

 

   

 

 

By hosting this event, Viva Biotech aimed to enhance mutual communication and cooperation among the global scientific community, further promoting innovative drug discovery practices.
