[Abstract]:Recently, 3 of Viva Biotech's portfolio companies have achieved significant results and progress.

Recently, several companies invested in and incubated by Viva BioInnovator (VBI) achieved significant milestones. Amberstone has reached a significant strategic collaboration; Evecxia Therapeutics and HAYA Therapeutics have advanced their respective R&D pipelines.

· Amberstone Biosciences and Henlius Enter into Collaboration and License Agreement for Conditionally Activated T-Cell Engagers for Solid Tumors

IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 24, 2026 -- Amberstone Biosciences, Inc., a preclinical-stage oncology company developing pH-gated, tumor-activated T-cell engagers (TCEs) and invested in and incubated by Viva BioInnovator (VBI), today announced a collaboration and license agreement with Shanghai Henlius Biotech, Inc., a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company (2696.HK). Under the agreement, Amberstone will work with Henlius to apply its proprietary T-MATE™ (Tumor Microenvironment Activated ThErapeutics) platform technology to generate preclinical candidates against up to two targets selected by Henlius. Henlius will lead subsequent research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization activities worldwide.

Under the agreement, Amberstone will receive an upfront payment and research funding, and is eligible to receive up to US$440 million in potential development, regulatory, and sales milestones for each target, plus tiered royalties on net sales.

· Evecxia Therapeutics Announces Positive Clinical Results From a Phase 1b Target Engagement Trial

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., Sept. 15, 2026 -- Evecxia Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage neuroscience company developing a novel class of Serotonin Synthesis Amplification therapies and invested in and incubated by Viva BioInnovator (VBI), today announced positive data from a Phase 1b PK/PD trial for brain serotonin target engagement in depression patients on selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor/serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SSRI/SNRI) therapy.

· HAYA Therapeutics Receives FDA Fast Track Designation for HTX-001

LAUSANNE, Switzerland and SAN DIEGO, July 28, 2026 -- HAYA Therapeutics SA, a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering precision RNA-guided therapeutics that target the regulatory genome to reprogram disease-driving cell states in common, chronic and age-related diseases and invested in and incubated by Viva BioInnovator (VBI), announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted Fast Track Designation for HTX-001 for the treatment of symptomatic nonobstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (nHCM). The first-in-class investigational long non-coding RNA (lncRNA)-targeting therapy is in a Phase 1a/b trial, with the first cohort dosed this past May.

About Amberstone Biosciences
Amberstone Biosciences, Inc. is a preclinical-stage oncology company based in Irvine, California, developing tumor-activated antibody therapeutics through internal innovation and strategic partnerships. Its proprietary T-MATE™ platform uses reversible, pH-sensitive activation and is designed to widen the therapeutic window of T-cell engagers and beyond, by reducing activity in blood and normal tissues while preserving efficacy in the tumor microenvironment. The company's lead candidate is in IND-enabling development with additional internal programs in the discovery.

About Evecxia Therapeutics
Evecxia is the first company dedicated to realizing the therapeutic potential of Serotonin Synthesis Amplification—building a stronger, more resilient brain serotonin system—to treat psychiatric indications. Evecxia’s lead candidate EVX-101 is being developed as next-line oral adjunctive (add-on) therapy for OCD and depression patients for whom monotherapy with first-line serotonin reuptake inhibitor antidepressants (e.g., SSRIs such as Prozac®) yields inadequate therapeutic relief.

About HAYA Therapeutics
HAYA Therapeutics is a clinical-stage precision medicine company developing programmable, first-in-class RNA-guided therapeutics that target the regulatory genome to reprogram disease-driving cell states. HAYA's innovative platform decodes the causal biology of pathological cell states and the long non-coding RNAs (IncRNAs) that regulate them, translating these insights into tractable therapeutic candidates designed to address disease at its source and restore cellular health. HAYA is advancing a broad pipeline of RNA-guided medicines for chronic, age-related diseases.
