Positive Topline Results from the Pivotal Phase 3 REDUCE 2 Study of Pozdeutinurad in Gout

May 21, 2026 — Sobi® (STO: SOBI) announced positive topline results from the pivotal Phase 3 REDUCE 2 study (NCT06439602) evaluating pozdeutinurad (AR882), an investigational next-generation once-daily oral selective URAT1 inhibitor, in adults with gout including those with uncontrolled gout (also referred to as progressive gout) and inadequately controlled by existing therapies.

Pozdeutinurad was added to Sobi's global development portfolio in February 2026 following its acquisition of Arthrosi, invested by Viva BioInnovator (VBI), a biotechnology company focused on developing treatments for gout, and further enhances Sobi's presence in this area. 

Full-Life Technologies Announces US$150 Million Financing to Accelerate Multiple Clinical Stage Assets and Manufacturing Capabilities

Suzhou, China, and Gembloux, Belgium – May 19, 2026 – Full-Life Technologies ("Full-Life", the "Company"), invested by Viva BioInnovator (VBI), a fully-integrated global radiotherapeutics company, announced the completion of a US$150 million financing package, comprised of approximately US$109 million in Series D equity and US$41 million in debt financing. 

Proceeds from the Series D round will be used to advance the Company's clinical stage assets, including potential best in class [225Ac]-FL-020 for prostate cancer and potential first in class [225Ac]-FL-261 for multiple solid tumor indications. The proceeds will also facilitate the initiation of GMP-grade 225Ac manufacturing at the Company's state-of-the-art facility in Belgium. 

TJ Biopharma Enters into Agreement with Biogen for Felzartamab Assets in the Greater China Region

Cambridge, Mass. and Hangzhou, China – April 20, 2026 – Biogen Inc. (Nasdaq: BIIB) and TJ Biopharma (“TJ Bio”), invested by Viva BioInnovator (VBI), announced that the companies have entered into a definitive agreement under which Biogen has agreed to acquire TJ Bio's exclusive rights to felzartamab in the Greater China Region. With this agreement, Biogen now owns exclusive worldwide rights to felzartamab, which is currently being evaluated in global Phase 3 clinical studies across multiple immune-mediated diseases.

Under the terms of the agreement, TJ Bio will receive a $100 million upfront payment and is eligible to receive up to $750 million in potential commercial and sales milestone payments, for a total potential consideration of up to $850 million, plus mid-single-digit to low-double-digit percentage of royalties on potential net sales in the Greater China Region.
